Japanese National Honors Society
Japanese National Honors Society (JNHS) is a great way to get involved in the Japanese program more. JNHS members are responsible for organizing big Japanese cultural events like Oshogatsu, calligraphy performances, etc. While you have to be at least in Japanese 2 or above to join, you can volunteer at JNHS activities just by being a part of the program! It’s a great way to get service hours and be more involved in TJ Japanese!

Students both inside and outside of the Japanese program perform at iNite every year.

TJ's shodo team performs every year at the National Cherry Blossom Festival in DC.

Attendees of our yearly Oshogatsu event can enjoy a variety of delicious Japanese foods.
