About TJ Japanese
TJHSST’s Japanese program is one of the few high school Japanese language programs in Northern Virginia. Whether you’re a Japanese beginner, did immersion, or are a native speaker, you’ll find your place within a small language program overflowing with opportunities.
Compared to other languages at TJ, Japanese is at a pace easy for first-time learners. 3-4 years of high school Japanese language prepares students to transition well into college-level Japanese.
